Designer: Ilaria Marelli

Circolo Filologico Milanese
Via Clerici, 10

With a few minimal elements, the project reveals the values of craftsmanship, comfort and sustainability, typical of the high-quality down cushions and duvets, certified by Assopiuma, the association that has been promoting and certifying natural down and feather paddings for high-quality furniture and bedding since 1981. The installation proposes a decompression chamber to decompress from the frenzy of daily life: soft and white upholstered walls create an unworldly and tactile experience. A tree stands in the centre to symbolize the naturalness and sustainability of the material, while a video projection allows visitors to take a trip through the history of a manufacturing system of excellence – 100% Made in Italy.

Ilaria Marelli – architect and designer – works on ideas that are emotional, experimental and sustainable all at once, dealing with design at 360°: from art direction to product design.
