A Matter of Perception: Linking Minds – Palazzo Litta, Corso Magenta 24, Milano

In collaboration with: wb form

The re-edition of world-famous Max Bill furniture marked the beginning of 2011 for wb form. These include the Cross-Frame Chair, the SquareRound Table, the Barstool with its unsurpassed minimalist design, and the iconic Ulm Stool. The Max Bill collection is characterised by clarity, simplicity and mathematical precision. Another highlight was the Carta Collection by Japanese starchitect Shigeru Ban, which was launched in the summer of 2016. Known for using paper tubes, Shigeru Ban designed the Carta Collection to represent clear ecological value and natural organic forms, only made with paper tubes and birch plywood. Other iconic products such as Guidici’s Lounge Chair and classic pieces by Ulrich P Wieser are also part of the company’s portfolio. The credo of unity between human being, space and furniture still holds true today, as does the ambition to unite quality with functionality and form.
