An unprecedented edition due to Covid-19
Virtual Design Variations stands as a bridge toward 2021. It offers a virtual stage to present concepts, products, material innovation, research, and workshops to the public through videos and interviews posted online. The digital exhibition arises from the desire to promote project culture through online and digital activities that involve companies, institutions, and designers.
The installation transformed the courtyard into a mirror of water that duplicates emptiness above and within. The silence was the protagonist of the scene, not only in the potential (but never-occurring) exhibition but, at that time, worldwide.
